  On March 5, 2006, Summer and Calli, two hand-reared California sea lion pups traveled to a new, permanent home at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo in Washington DC. Here are some snapshots of their journey.

  Seats were removed to accommodate the special passengers and their cages were secured.   After quarantine period Summer and Calli will be enjoying this wonderful big pool and enclosure
