Our release pass grants you and a guest invites to ALL public sea lion releases for an entire year. Be an eyewitness to the wonderful homecomings of sea lions rescued and rehabilitated by PMMC!

Your $300 goes to help support future sea lions to be rescued, rehabilitated, and released!

The pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

While releases can occur year-round, the busy seasons for releases are spring and summer. Releases typically begin between 7:00-7:30 am.

You may bring 1 guest per release.

Invites to releases are sent via email the week of the release.

Since releases are dependent upon the patient’s ability to pass their health screenings, release dates are not established until a few days ahead of time.

Since the number of releases is dependent on the number of patients that have been rehabilitated, we are not able to guarantee an exact number of releases.

Since the amount of releases we have is dependent upon the number of patients we rehabilitate, we cannot provide an exact frequency. However, you can expect most releases to occur during the late spring and summer months with a dull period occurring in the fall and winter.

To provide as much of a stress-free environment as possible for the patients, we ask that you please do not bring your dog unless it is a service dog.

On some occasions, the medical history or status of a patient requires our vet team to conduct a private release. This is done to provide the best possible chance of survival for the patient. Passholders will not receive invitations to these releases.
