Roger Faubel

Roger Faubel has served on the Pacific Marine Mammal Center Board of Directors since 2023 and stepped into the role of Chairman in 2026. Outside of serving on the Board, he has been involved with PMMC for many years, providing valuable expertise and support for our mission of marine mammal rehabilitation, education, and ocean conservation.

Roger is CEO and founder of Faubel Public Affairs, specializing in public policy challenges facing the County of Orange, cities, water agencies, and special districts. Faubel draws upon more than four decades of public affairs experience to build diverse coalitions, mobilize local community support, and empower philanthropic causes.

A longtime community volunteer and committed public servant, Roger has served as a board member of Arts Orange County and is currently serving as an Orange County Public Affairs Association board member. Previously, Roger served on the Mission Viejo City Council and the Board of the Directors of Basin Water, a NASDAQ corporation. For 12 years, he served as an elected member of the Santa Margarita Water District Board of Directors.
