WE COME TO YOUR CLASS!
PMMC brings marine science directly to your school! Students dive into hands-on STEAM experiences with Whales on Wheels, meeting “Winston,” our life-size inflatable gray whale, and Marine Mammals on the Move, learning more about marine mammals through interactive activities, such as our mock-necropsy with plush sea lions.
Engaging stories, photos, videos, and artifacts inspire students to understand human impacts and take action to protect the ocean.

All Ages | Group Size: 8-35 | 50 Minutes | $95
PMMC’s marine science educators bring thought-provoking, inquiry-based, and hands-on STEAM learning experiences directly to your class. Using real-world examples and relevant information, students engage with marine science while exploring how their daily actions can positively impact the ocean ecosystem.

Multi-Class Program | Grade 3 | $1500 | Allow for 3 hours
Students explore a life-sized, inflatable, Gray whale (inside and out) and learn about their journey from near extinction to being an example of conservation success. This program revolves around ocean health and conservation through the lens of the majestic baleen whale.

Students of all ages can connect with us live to explore the world of marine mammals, conservation issues, and how to help wherever you live. Our elementary aged programs include optional activity kits for hands-on learning during the program.
